The Art of  Mindfulness for Beginners

Week 1:  Mindful Being 29nd May 2018

Week 2:  Mindful  Eating 5th June 2018

    Week 3:  Mindful Thinking 12th June 2018

      Week 4:  Mindful Breathing 19th June 2018


This course will be held at the Coleshill Town Hall places are limited to 10 places.  Tickets can be purchased from Eventbrite.


Life Coaching, what's it all about?

This event was ran on the 17th March 2018 at the Coleshill Hotel.  What a successful event it was a really pleasure meeting everyone.  I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for the positive feedback. 

These workshops will be the perfect opportunity to gain some new insights and skills.  Workshops will be mini sessions or delivered over 4 weeks.
