I approached Kay to help me at a time where everything in my life was overwhelming.  I was not happy and was struggling to see how I could manage my health, work life and home life.  I could not maintain any positive changes I was feeling more isolated and despondent.

Kay has helped me by listening to my situation and guiding me in breaking down my areas of concerns into manageable goals.

We identified my most pressing worry which was my health and Kay has helped me identify what I could do to make my health better. What obstacles are going to stop me achieving this goal and what steps and aids was there that could help me.

With Kay’s assistance and guidance she has helped me find the answers within myself and this has opened my mind up to think about my concerns and how I can deal with them.

I have now been seeing Kay for 3 months and I have seen a big change in myself. I am maintaining my health goal and I am exercising and eating healthier than I have for months. I find I am not putting too much pressure on myself and dealing with 1 thing at a time. My family and friends feel I am calmer and deal with stressful situations quicker and effectively.  Overall I am a lot happier with myself.

The tools Kay has given me is helping with other aspects of my life and I have not realised the small changes I am making on a weekly basis.  I have reached a point where I am eager to progress further with Kay and tackle more concerns I have with my life.
