About Me

My experience of coaching has its roots in my 12 years as a coach and mentor motivating students in an inner city secondary school changing their limiting behaviour.  I designed and delivered tailored programmes for one to one, small groups or groups up to 40.  During this time I studied coaching, counselling and gained a 2:1 in Youth, Community and Families.  Personally and professionally I have overcome many obstacles and challenges that have equipped me to deal with the trials life has to offer.  I feel very proud and fortunate to be doing a job I enjoy.

I take pride in my ability to actively listen, empathise, develop positive and trusted relationships; this is further reinforced by my ability to communicate and work effectively with whomever I work with.  I deliver a confidential service that is guided by the client’s challenges these then lend themselves to the appropriate method utilised for the benefit of the client.

I am a problem solver who has a proven track record of unearthing underlying concerns and working with clients on solutions.  I feel fortunate to have worked with clients from diverse cultures, backgrounds and ages. This has required regular review, differentiate, to adapt my approach and practise in direct response to their individual needs.  I deliver a bespoke service tailored to meet your individual needs.
